HealthMastery "KickStart your Fitness" Program

Introducing the HealthMastery Introductory “Kick Start” Personal Training Program.
The Kick Start 2 week Program is laid out in 3 Stages:

Week 1: Stage1Introduction to “in-home” Personal Training

You’ll receive an initial fitness consultation & introductory training session with your HealthMastery Personal Trainer:

This first session is designed to get together with your personal trainer to discuss what you want to achieve on the program. This is also a chance for you to ask questions to your personal trainer and make sure you get along with them. Your trainer will also assess your fitness levels through a series of tests and then take you through your First Training session so you can really experience the benefits of having a personal trainer.

They will then be able to design an appropriate program tailored just for you, so you can reach your goals. You will then be Introduced to Basic Nutrition – Your diet’s a major component in achieving maximum energy into your life, getting into shape, burning fat and toning your abs, butt and thighs.

If you really want to get rid of that excess belly flab you need to get this part right. Your trainer will start you on the HealthMastery Food Diary Program, so they can start assessing where you need to make changes in your diet to achieve the results you desire.

Week 2: Stage2Program Development & implementation

Once your program is developed, according to your schedule and the time you have available (There’s no point in telling you to work out for an hour a day when all you have is 30 minutes and telling you to go for a run when you hate running. This program will be designed for you!), your trainer will send you a digital copy via email and provide you with a Hard Copy when they see you next.

The digital copy will provide you with exercise videos on exactly how to perform each exercise in the correct form. Having the correct form and knowing how to do the exercises & program correctly will determine how fast you achieve results! Next you will be taken through your second training session with your trainer.

This session is a full 60 minute training session designed so your personal trainer can go through your new fitness program with you and teach you how to do the program correctly. You will learn exactly how many times/week you should be exercising and what you should be eating and exactly what you need to do, ultimately to achieve the body you desire!

Week 2: Stage3 The best way to move forward

And finally after establishing your goals, assessing your fitness levels and teaching you your new program, your trainer will ask if you would like to carry on and actually commit to a minimum of 12 weeks on our ShapeMastery program. This is where the Real Fun begins, but it’s entirely up to you if you want to carry on. This will ultimately lead to you achieving the body you desire.

There’s no long term commitment to this; you can cancel any time after your first 12 weeks. If you don’t want to carry on that’s perfectly Ok! You at least walk away with a clear plan of action knowing exactly what you need to do.
