Nalisha Patel - Creative Director
Founder and Director of HealthMastery Ltd, is head personal trainer at HealthMastery who specialized in health, fitness, weight-loss, nutrition and psychology. Qualified as an exercise physiologist, with a double major degree in Sports & Exercise Science and Psychology she brings a wealth of experience to developing HealthMastery programs.
Nalisha is the woman who leads HealthMastery’s superior organization. Using her entrepreneurial spirit, Nalisha entered into the business world straight out of university with over 8 year’s industry experience, she is a highly motivating and experienced trainer and business person. |

Janak Patel – Managing Director
Janak is the man behind the HealthMastery. Janak is always looking for ways to improve and make HealthMastery’s team and systems more efficient. He has a “Think Big” attitude coupled with the drive and the determination to take HealthMastery global and will do what ever it takes. The fast growing nature of the company offers him many exciting opportunities and challenges which he is quick to take on board. He handles all the day to day operations of the business together with recruitment & training, customer service, sales and marketing.

Tanya is a highly motivating and tough trainer. She specializes in working one on one kick boxing with clients to help them achieve their health and fitness goals. She has a passion for squash, tennis and running. With over 7 years in the industry, she is fully equipped to help you achieve your health and fitness goals. She also has a passion for massage, which she is working towards getting qualified in. |

Stephen is an energetic and enthusiastic trainer with over 3 years in the industry. He specialises in group training, with the ability to inspire and push people past their perceived limits. Sean is a motivating and enthusiastic trainer who has a high success rate with helping clients reach their health and fitness goals. He has worked in the industry for over 3 years after completing a degree in Sport and Recreation. His love of many sports including football and cricket, keep him active. Rebecca Mason - HealthMastery Personal Trainer
Rebecca has had first hand experience with being overweight and unfit. After radically changing her lifestyle, she is now super fit with several completed marathons under her belt. She specialises in holistic health, focusing on the whole body for a complete healthy and fit lifestyle. She is studying towards naturopathy, which she aims to complement with her personal training background. |
