Question 1: What "personal" reasons motivated you to join my program? (be specific as possible)
ANSWER: Middle age need not be all down hill as far as our looks and body go. I’ve come to realise the choice is up to each one of us. Do nothing, or get motivated, and say today I am ready to start a health and exercise program that will not only benefit me but also give me the self assurance that I deserve. Family, friends will also be amazed.
Question 2: How has doing this program benefited you (be specific as possible) ANSWER: Given me new goals that are actually possible to achieve. Feel so much more energised. I actually enjoy going out in the cold and often rain to exercise. Because I am engaging in healthy eating habits along with exercise I have not as yet suffered any winter illnesses. As you don’t have to start out hard out! You can increase level of fitness and start to make healthy eating changes at a practical rate. Sometimes when we go all out to fast and it’s only a seven day wonder!
Question 3: Were you skeptical about whether or not I could really help you?
ANSWER: No having done Healthmastery with a personal trainer I knew it worked for me. To be truthful I have had more help and encouragement doing it this way via emails.
Question 4: How has working with me benefited you? (be specific as possible)
ANSWER: You keep “tabs” on me if I go quiet for a few days I can always guarantee their will be an email in my inbox from Nilisha. Just what I need to keep going even when it gets tough.
Question 5: What would you say to someone who may be sitting on the fence about joining my program?
ANSWER: It works, furthermore amazing results can be achieved in a short time if you commit to the daily routine of good eating and exercise, it soon becomes a way of everyday life. Hey you slip up occasionally but you don’t give up! Just like we teach our children in life to persevere whether they are learning to walk, or ride a bike, whatever. The same applies to you keep on even if you don’t always see immediate results………they will come. I speak from experience.

Question 1: What "personal" reasons motivated you to join my program? (be specific as possible) ANSWER: I joined the program because my weight had slowly crept up over the last year and I hadn't been able to lose it on my own. I had tried eating sensibly & exercising but found it difficult staying motivated for any length of time. I was getting frustrated with myself and was very unhappy with how I looked. I was unhealthy and had no energy and my mood and self esteem were low.
Question 2: How has doing this program benefited you (be specific as possible)
ANSWER: The program has benefited me in many ways. The information provided is excellent, and getting new information regularly throughout the month works well. It is never too much to take in at any one time. I really like getting a new exercise routine every month. This prevents me from becoming bored with the routine. My weight is dropping, along with the centimetres and I am starting to feel better about myself. My mood has improved and I have much more energy every day. I found the lifestyle exercises really helpful. They opened my eyes to a few areas that I needed to work on in my life and I am now focussing on a couple of things each month that need changing.
Question 3: Were you skeptical about whether or not I could really help you?
ANSWER: I wasn't sure how well it would work doing an online program, rather than being face to face with someone each week, but it's been great. The exercise videos that are available online make everything completely clear and very easy to follow.
Question 4: How has working with me benefited you? (be specific as possible)
ANSWER: I find it really helps me to be accountable to someone. Having to send in my goals & exercise diary every week keeps me on track. Receiving personal responses is always really encouraging. I always feel like I can ask questions if there's anything that concerns me or anything I'm not sure of.
Question 5: What would you say to someone who may be sitting on the fence about joining my program?
ANSWER: I would definitely recommend the program. It's relatively inexpensive, and is definitely worth the cost to me personally for my health and wellbeing. |
